SALARY:
£12.65 PER HOUR
- Duties:
- – Prepare and cook meals according to established recipes and standards- Oversee and assist kitchen staff in food preparation and cooking- Ensure proper portion control and presentation of dishes- Monitor food quality and taste for consistency- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen area- Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines- Collaborate with the chef to develop new menu items- Train new kitchen staff members Qualifications:
- – Previous experience as a cook in a restaurant or similar setting
- – Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques and culinary terminology
- – Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- – Excellent communication and leadership skills
- – Knowledge of food safety regulations and procedures
