Winning new business, it’s great to welcome new schools to the Edwards and Ward family – and I have seen some fantastic transformations both in terms of service and catering teams.

Whenever I am at one of our secondary school presentations, I can’t resist a roast beef dinner burrito. It’s the whole dinner, including roast potatoes cooked in the beef juices, wrapped up in a Yorkshire pudding.

Taking in a stand-up comedy show, or sporting event. Any excuse to experience a different part of the UK and have someone else cook dinner for me.

Cuba was always on my bucket list, I did it about 10 years ago, I think I would really like to go back and see how much it has changed in that time. For a week or two of utter peace and tranquillity I would like to experience the Maldives and Fiji before they sink as predicted due to global warming.
